Zeppelin Field Grandstand, Nuremberg - It was atop this Grandstand that a giant swastika once stood. It was famously detonated by the American military after a victory parade held here in the Spring of 1945. Today, the site is visited each day by hundreds of German high schoolers learning about the darkest period in their country's checkered past.
